Returns:

We want you to be delighted with your Babies Advantage.com purchase. Most purchases can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Babies Advantage Inc will cover the cost of shipping on defective items, and will refund 100% of the purchase price. An unwanted, resalable item be refunded 100% of the purchase price providing:

1.It is returned with all original packaging.

2. It is in unused condition

3. Copy of the original invoice

Breast Pumps:

The Medela Pump In Style has a 1-year warranty on the pump mechanism and limited 90-day warranty on parts.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened breast pumps or breast care products and accessories due to hygiene reasons (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Warranties are given through the manufacturer on breast pumps. If customer has a warranty claim on their breast pump, please contact the manufacturer directly at their toll free number listed:

Breast pump manufacturers can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM CST. Please provide proof of date of purchase, as is required (receipt).

You will responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items. Certain products such as eating utensils, blankets and breastfeeding products cannot be resold for hygienic reasons and are therefore non-refundable.
